Rental listings
Listings are published in good faith and kept as current as we can, but availability, rent, terms and condition can change at any time and a property may be leased before the page is updated. Nothing on this site is an offer, a lease, or a reservation of a property. A tenancy exists only when a written lease is signed by both sides.
Applications
Submitting an enquiry or requesting a showing does not create an application or hold a property. Applications are processed separately against written screening criteria applied consistently to every applicant.
No professional advice
Information here about leases, inspections, registrations, taxes or landlord and tenant law is general and may not fit your situation, and requirements differ from one New Jersey municipality to the next.
