DRMC Properties LLC is a property management company operating in New Jersey. This policy covers this website. It does not cover the separate agreements you sign with us as an owner, applicant or resident.

What we collect

• Information you type into a form on this site: your name, phone number, email address, the property you are asking about, and your message.
• Basic technical information your browser sends to our hosting provider, such as the page requested, the time, and a general location derived from your network address. This is used to keep the site running and secure.

We do not ask for a Social Security number, date of birth, bank details or any other sensitive information through this website. Rental applications and owner agreements are handled separately through a secure process. If someone asks you to send those details by email or through a web form on this site, it is not us — write to us at the address on our contact page.

Why we use it

What we do not do

How long we keep it
